Environmental Rail Solutions, Inc. (ERS)
is a transportation logistics management company
providing planning, management, equipment and
personnel to transport large volumes of material
via rail throughout the country. Over the past
decade, ERS has been a recognized leader in the
transportation of hazardous, non-hazardous and
radioactive material and has directly or indirectly
facilitated the transport of nearly 1 million
tons of material.
As a qualified government contractor, ERS supports
the Department of Energy, Department of Defense,
United State Army Corp of Engineers and was instrumental
in the USACE’s first full scale FUSRAP closure,
Ashland 2. Because of our role in the success
of this project, ERS continues our relationship
with the USACE on a number of other projects.
ERS’s ability to meet the high qualification
and compliance standards of the US Government
has been utilized in the private sector, where
our expertise, excellent service and commitment
to project timetables have successfully supported
similar private industry projects. ERS has the
unparalleled capability to professionally address
long-distance transportation of materials in a
cost effective and efficient manner. Our fully
integrated, transportation network has the ability
to package, load and transport solid or liquid materials
by truck or rail to any destination in the U.S.

As a result of ERS’s extensive experience
in the field of transportation logistics, we have

and specialists in the transportation chain. These
relationships complement our own personnel and
equipment resources and include providers of truck
transport, railroads, rail yard transfer facilities,
rail and truck equipment, disposal sites, safety
and chemical engineers and other suppliers. ERS’s
network and central point of contact role provide
a “turn key, one stop” approach for
the transportation phase of your project.
